Prepare stiff dough with flour and water. Allow to rest for one hour. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make round balls using dry flour.

Prepare stuffing using chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, mint, ginger, ajwain, red chilli powder, pomegranate seeds.

Take the dough ball and flatten each with a rolling pin into a round disc, fold in the filling into the disc and flatten it again with a rolling pin.
